The weather in Macau is pretty hot at the moment, but at least I am glad that it's sunny.
There have been so many changes since I came here less than 3 years ago. Better infrastructure, bigger and more glitzy casinos abound and some parts of this city seem just so unreal and surreal.
However, the old town and the villages are still intact and full of textures and character. Have been here since Monday and have been spending the past two days scouting for locations. The city centre is on an undulating terrain and my past exertions almost induce cramps in my calves. It was so tiring that I felt like I have completed the photo shoot already.
Felt much better after a good night's sleep and today will start the photo shoot. Will post some pictures once I've gone through them.
So far, I have been shooting film, hence the lack of postings of Macau pictures. Those will come after I go back to Singapore.
Last night, my wife sent me a picture of Yu Wen, which really made my absence from home more bearable. She will also be making her acting debut on Thursday in her school production. It's a shame I will miss it. I was told she will be acting as a "leaf". Ha! That is probably role for kids that are uncontrollable.
