It's a matter of recognising them and digging them out.
But then again, a gem is only a gem when 2 or more persons value it. Salt used to be a "gem". Beckham's used tissue paper still is. I can sing till the cow goes home but if no other party thinks the same as I do, my photos are nothing but the mucus on DB's tissue paper.
