Back to Basics

I have always been drawn to the classical portraiture where lighting, form and composition play a big part. It's more measured, more static, but no less intense and dynamic. I guess it's sometimes good to go back to the basics.

The window shot. I could almost feel the gentle wind blowing past them. If eyes are the windows to the soul, this shot must have been the window (pardon the pun) to their union.

One word. Wow. Can I also say that this is not part of your normal repertoire. I am actually floored by the amazing use of light and depth :). *clap clap*

Thanks guys! Since I like old stuff (you can tell from my wife), might as well translate that into my photography as well.
